WHAT ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT?
Remanufacturing an inkjet cartridge can help the environment . Even if each new cartridge is remanufactured only once, the manufacturing consumption of oil would be cut in half.

Discarded empty printer cartridges have rapidly become an environmental challenge.  At the global level consumers throw out 300 million ink cartridges annually.  In the United States alone cartridges are trashed at the astonishing rate of 8 per second.

As you can imagine, the numbers add up quickly to a staggering impact on landfills.  And the petroleum used to manufacture cartridges adds up to a significant consumption as well.

The reusability of any individual cartridge varies.  It has been estimated that an average inkjet cartridge can be reused 4-10 times; the toner cartridge can be remanufactured only once.  But the plastic in the remanufactured toner cartridge can be used for parts and finally used in the manufacturer of other items.

We have specially designed equipment that provides comprehensive testing, cleaning and refilling—all in a single footprint.

HOW DOES THE INKJET EXPRESS’ EQUIPMENT WORK?
The equipment integrates all the components for the inkjet refilling process into a single unit. It has an electronic sensor which inspects circuit boards and nozzles, so only functioning cartridges are refilled.
It has a powerful water jet system which removes crusted ink residue and flushes clogged nozzles, but it doesn’t damage the cartridge. It has a high-speed centrifuge which empties the ink cartridge completely without touching delicate print heads and circuits.

It has a unique deep vacuum fill function which allows us to fill the cartridge with the same amount of ink as the original cartridges.   

WHAT  INK IS USED?
We use a new line of premier ink delivering the highest level of print quality, permanence and page yields.  It is formulated for refilling OEM cartridges.  It meets or exceeds expectations for page count yield, as well as, matching color gamut.  The ink is formulated for specific brands and will surpass the end-user’s expectations.

WHAT ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF INK IN THE CARTRIDGE?
We know the weight of each OEM cartridge. We weigh the cartridge before we use the high-speed centrifuge. We weigh the cartridge again to make sure it is completely empty.  Then we completely fill the cartridge while using the unique deep vacuum fill and our needle appliance.  We weigh the cartridge a third time to make sure the cartridge weighs the same as a filled OEM cartridge. We don’t short change you in the ink department.
